01 — How it works

Three steps. That's it.

01

Place

Hold CHA against the bottom run of your chain. No cap, no squeezing.

02

Backpedal

Turn the cranks backward. The chain picks up a full coat in seconds.

03

Ride

Pocket it and go. No drying time, no residue on hands or kit.

02 — Why graphite

Clean lube.
Clean hands.
Clean bike.

Traditional lubricants are messy, weather-dependent, and attract the dirt that wears out your drivetrain. CHA leaves no sticky film to collect it.

03 — In the field

Dry, dusty, wet. It stays on.

04 — Engineering

Made with 3D printing.

The printed body gives CHA its texture and ergonomics — light, flexible, built to be held against a moving chain.

The graphite capsule inside is replaceable. Use it up, swap it, keep the applicator.

05 — The CHA System

One applicator. Three formulas.

Core sits in the middle. Move left for Trail, right for Storm.

06 — The science

Graphite is not a marketing claim.

Nature Communications · 2022

Fraunhofer IWM

Graphite lubrication proven effective at the high contact pressures found in rolling bearings — not only at low loads.

Tribology Transactions · 2025

Self-forming tribofilm

Bearing tests confirm graphite cuts friction and wear as a standalone solid lubricant, not an additive.

Tænk · Consumer Council

No PTFE. No PFAS.

Most bike oils carry forever chemicals. CHA contains none, and washes off without polluting.
